Iran is prepared to restart atomic talks with Washington on condition that it is treated with "dignity" and "honor", Iran's foreign minister has announced.

The Iranian diplomat stated solely negotiations worked, and disclosed new appeals had come from intermediaries to reopen talks with the US government. He claimed Iran had zero secret atomic facilities, and Tehran had not yet reached a point to authorize the International Atomic Energy Agency to inspect struck enrichment centers for security reasons.
